1. Who is responsible?

ADERYX AI LAB LLC, an LLC, website https://aderyx-ai.com, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.

2. Our two roles

For data of website visitors, prospects and account users, we act as data controller.

For data hotels enter into MAQAM OS (hotel guests, bookings, invoices, staff), the hotel is the data controller and ADERYX AI LAB LLC acts as processor, only on the hotel's instructions. A hotel guest wishing to exercise their rights should contact the hotel first.

3. Data we collect

Enquiries and demos: name, phone, email, property name and city, number of rooms, the content of your message (form or WhatsApp).

User accounts: identity, email address, role, and the login and activity history needed for security.

Subscription billing: company name, address, tax identifiers (NIF, NIS, RC) and other legal details of the customer organisation, payment history.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, security logs.

4. Why, and on what basis

Answering your requests and arranging a demo: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest.

Providing, securing and improving MAQAM OS: performance of the contract and legitimate interest.

Invoicing and meeting our accounting and tax obligations: legal obligation.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

5. Cookies and local storage

The site only uses strictly necessary cookies and local storage: login session, language and light/dark theme preference.

No advertising cookies or third-party analytics are currently active. If that changes, this page will be updated and your consent requested where the law requires it.

6. Recipients, hosting and transfers

Your data is accessible only to authorised staff and to our technical providers (hosting, database, email, WhatsApp communication), who are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Hosting of the website, application and database: OVHcloud, France. File storage: Cloudflare R2.

Where data is transferred outside Algeria, we make sure the transfer complies with Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data.

7. Retention

Prospects: 3 years after the last contact.

Customer accounts: for the duration of the contract, then 30 days to allow export and handle any dispute.

Accounting records and invoices: the period required by applicable regulations.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted traffic, role-based access control, separation of data between properties, logging. As no measure is absolute, please protect your credentials.

9. Your rights

Under Law No. 18-07 you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data. Write to [email protected] stating the purpose of your request; we reply within a reasonable time.

You may also refer the matter to the national authority for personal data protection (ANPDP).

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The last-updated date is shown at the top of the page; customers are informed of any material change.
