Terms of use

1. The service

MAQAM OS is an online hotel management software (bookings, invoicing, restaurant, staff, accounting) offered by subscription by ADERYX AI LAB LLC. The exact scope, price and term are those of the quote or plan you subscribed to.

2. Account and access

The customer appoints its users and remains responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for how their accounts are used. Any suspicious use must be reported to us without delay.

3. Customer obligations

The customer uses the service lawfully, enters accurate data and has a legal basis to process the data of its guests and staff.

Generated documents (invoices, journals, accounting statements) are aids. The customer remains responsible for their accuracy and tax compliance; ADERYX AI LAB LLC does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice.

It is forbidden to disrupt the service, attempt to access other properties' data or resell access without written agreement.

4. Customer data

Data entered remains the customer's property. ADERYX AI LAB LLC processes it only to provide the service, under the privacy policy, and allows export during the contract and for 30 days after it ends.

5. Intellectual property

The software, the MAQAM OS brand, interfaces and documentation belong to ADERYX AI LAB LLC. The customer receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the duration of the subscription.

6. Availability and support

We use reasonable efforts to keep the service running, announcing maintenance interruptions where possible. Service and support levels are set out in the subscribed offer: support is provided by email.

7. Prices and payment

Prices are those of the subscribed offer, in Algerian dinars unless stated otherwise. The subscription is invoiced in advance, monthly or annually. Access may be suspended automatically when an invoice remains unpaid more than 7 days after its due date.

8. Termination

The customer may terminate with the notice set out in the offer: 30 days. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious breach not remedied after notification.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ADERYX AI LAB LLC's liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the amount paid by the customer over the last 12 months. ADERYX AI LAB LLC is not liable for indirect losses (loss of revenue or clientele) nor for interruptions caused by force majeure or third parties (network, power, suppliers).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. In case of dispute the parties first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming have jurisdiction.
